Role Purpose

We are looking for a Cold Store Warehouse Operations Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end execution of temperature‑controlled logistics solutions for one of Maersk’s key customers. You will oversee daily warehouse and transport activities at our facilities in Spain, ensuring that all operations meet our service and quality standards.

In this role, you serve as the first point of contact on the ground, working closely with warehouse teams, transport partners, colleagues across Maersk, and the customer. You will be expected to make timely and accurate operational decisions to keep cargo moving efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Execution

  • Monitor the full delivery process and ensure timely, temperature‑compliant execution.
  • Maintain direct communication with customers and provide proactive updates.
  • Work closely with Maersk operations and sales teams involved in the account.
  • Track all operational documentation required for invoicing, customs, and compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse teams on execution and stock accuracy.
  • Oversee inventory and stock management activities.

2. Invoicing Support

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices on time.
  • Support the finance team with payment follow‑up when needed.

Vendor & Quality Management:

  • Monitor 3PL vendor performance and ensure execution quality.
  • Maintain close collaboration with vendors to secure necessary information and resolve issues.

4. Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure operational procedures (IOPs) are up to date and aligned with current processes.
  • Contribute to standardisation and automation initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in 3PL operations or customer operations.
  • Strong knowledge of 3PL processes, warehouse execution, and logistics workflows
  • Fluent in Spanish, conversational English level.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.).

What You Will Learn

  • In‑depth understanding of Maersk’s warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with WnD processes, systems (incl. FACT), and customer interactions.
  • Exposure to a wide range of stakeholders across supply chain and logistics.
  • Direct involvement in Maersk’s Integrator strategy.
