What you’ll be doing

As a Warehouse Worker, you will support the daily warehouse operations and ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods. Your tasks will include:

• Carrying out warehouse activities in line with operational and customer-specific requirements
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers safely and efficiently
• Picking, packing, replenishment, and general fulfilment tasks
• Handling inbound, outbound, and internal stock movements with accuracy
• Operating warehouse equipment safely (including forklifts if certified)
• Following company guidelines, safety procedures, and standard operating processes
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Who we’re looking for

• You identify with Maersk’s core values and enjoy being part of a team that delivers results
• Certified counterbalance forklift driver (advantage but not mandatory)
• Practical experience from a warehouse or cargo terminal
• Good communication skills in English and basic Danish
• No criminal record (required due to site security standards)
• A proactive, dependable, and open‑minded team player
• Experience with Lean or 5S principles is an advantage
