  • Lead the design, architecture, and end‑to‑end implementation of Informatica MDM solutions for prioritized domains (e.g., Customer, Product, Vendor, Finance).

  • Translate business requirements into detailed MDM technical designs, including data models, match/merge rules, hierarchies, survivorship rules, and workflow processes.

  • Oversee development and configuration of MDM components such as Hub Console, IDD, SIF APIs, Match/Merge, Hierarchy Manager, and Data Quality rules.

  • Architect and guide integration patterns using Informatica IDQ, IICS, Power Center, APIs, and downstream systems.

  • Mentor team members and ensure development is aligned with best practices and organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and/or IICS for profiling, cleansing, and integration.

  • Proven background in data governance, data architecture, or data quality management.

  • Solid understanding of enterprise data domains and common MDM patterns (Operational MDM, Analytical MDM, Registry models, Coexistence, Consolidation).

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience leading technical teams.

  • Ability to recommend and implement best practices to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Experience integrating MDM hubs with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, analytics systems, APIs, etc.).
