Job Title: HR Operations Specialist
Location: Hybrid from Wrocław, Poland
Employment Type: Full-time
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in HR data analysis and reporting, generating basic reports and contributing to data insights.
- Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives, managing specific tasks or components.
- Respond to employee inquiries, offering assistance with HR-related questions and issues.
- Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Stay informed about HR best practices and trends, staying up to date on industry changes.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on various HR projects and tasks.
- Support the development and updates of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in audits and compliance checks, ensuring HR practices meet legal standards.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources.

Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting.

Proficiencies in HR metrics, data interpretation, and reporting tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-
Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in data analysis or HR analytics are a plus.
