Responsibilities
Garage Operations & Makerspace Management

- Represent the Garage in cross-functional forums and leadership meetings.
AI Skilling & Community Enablement
- Champion the Skill Up AI initiative at the site level, helping employees build confidence and capability in AI and Agentic AI technologies.
- Design and deliver hands-on workshops, demos, and learning experiences that align with Microsoft’s AI skilling priorities.
- Partner with subject matter experts and Garage Leads to deliver experiential learning opportunities.
- Track engagement and impact of AI skilling efforts and continuously evolve offerings based on feedback and emerging needs.
Qualifications
- Led and delivered hands-on workshops, fostering a collaborative learning environment and empowering participants with practical skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience in technical program management, product development, or innovation roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and project tracking platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, Planner).
- Hands-on experience with makerspace tools (3D printers, CNC, soldering, etc.).
- Familiarity with design thinking, agile methodologies, and rapid prototyping.
- Experience with CAD/CAM, Illustrator, and 3D modeling software.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight timelines.
