Job Title: Payroll Specialist with French

Location: Hybrid from Wrocław, Warsaw, Gdańsk or Kraków

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Correcting and timely calculation of salaries in terms of legal requirements, employment contract agreements, and the employer’s agreements

  • Maintaining and performing payroll/time-tracking transactions according to country-specific regulations and collective agreements

  • Ensuring post-payroll activities (payments file to bank, print & distribute payslips, etc.)

  • Giving active support to other team members

  • Resolving all payroll/time tracking issues and queries raised by the employees, their managers, or any other parties within deadlines

  • Preparing prompt and correct statements required in the process according to employees’ orders

  • Preparing monthly/yearly/quarterly declarations on time and in accordance with local legal requirements

  • Participation in payroll-related projects

  • Performing Forecast/Cashflow activities

  • Creating and maintaining workshifts

  • Managing and updating the “transport” tracker

  • Executing sickness mass uploads

  • Creating incapacity cases on the AON platform

  • Performing insurance contribution controls and verifications

Apply if you:

  • have previous experience working in Payroll, but still seek new and interesting development opportunities in this area

  • know French and English (min. B2)

  • have MA or BA degree in Economics / Finance or other areas

  • consider yourself a customer- and detail-oriented person with great communication skills

  • are familiar with labor law and acquainted with the payroll system, Workday, SAP/Global View
