About The Role:

Supports day‑to‑day application operations by handling simple L2 requests and minor changes. Learns established patterns, tools, and processes while contributing reliably under supervision.

What You´ll Do:

• Monitor basic application indicators such as errors, job status, and availability dashboards.
• Support L2 service requests and simple incidents following runbooks.
• Resolve straightforward issues related to Web Forms UI, basic VB.NET logic, and data corrections.
• Perform simple code edits, bug fixes, and configuration updates with review.
• Execute basic SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Assist with deployments and post‑release checks.
• Perform basic functional testing using predefined test cases.
• Update support documentation and ticket notes accurately.
• Support UAT activities by executing test cases and logging defects.
• Monitor logs and error queues, escalating anomalies promptly.
• Gradually contribute to small enhancements as skills grow.

Who You Are:

• 2-3 years’ experience
• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (or equivalent)
• Executes clearly defined, low‑risk tasks
• Foundational VB.NET
• Basic ASP.NET Web Forms
• Basic MS SQL Server
• Introductory JavaScript
• Academic or internship experience with .NET
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Accurate execution of simple requests
• Compliance with runbooks
• Steady skill progression
• Proper escalation behavior
• Learner / early contributor
• Limited autonomy; frequent review
• Focus on fundamentals and reliability
