Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients or Maximo Functional Lead to resolve Maximo Technical issues.
  • Prepare solutions to resolve Maximo Technical issues.
  • Innovate ways to reduce the operational activities
  • Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle
  • Create SOP documentation and update them to Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies

Must have Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have Maximo Application Suite implementation and upgrade experience.
  • Must have Maximo integration with other systems experience.
  • Must involve at least 2 Asset Management projects SDLC and 1 Maximo Application Suite and Maximo Mobile experience.
  • Provide maintenance support for Maximo projects.
  • IBM Maximo Mobile development.
  • IBM Maximo Asset Management – Technical (Installation, Upgrade, Patch Management, Automation Scripting, Customization).
  • IBM Maximo configuration.
  • Good knowledge of SQL scripting using known database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server and DB2).
  • Maximo BIRT reports development. Knowledge of Cognos reporting will be added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) esp. to integrate with external system using Web Services, File Table Interface, User exit & Processing Classes and data loading point of view.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation (English Fluent).
  • Ability to deliver and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Enthusiasm and drive to build strong client relationships.
  • Be willing and self-motivated to expand their knowledge and skills through self-paced learning.
  • Maximo certification is optional.

Nice to Have skills

  • Application Designer – tool used to modify application screens
  • Workflow Designer – tool used to create/modify workflows
