At DXC Technology, we are seeking a Project Manager to lead technology projects focused on cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage projects using hybrid methodologies that combine predictive and adaptive approaches to optimize delivery and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget while leveraging automation and AI tools for reporting and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated project management plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and communications.
• Apply hybrid methodologies (predictive and adaptive) to optimize delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor and control project performance using PMI processes for risk, issue, and change management.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
• Utilize Office 365, AI-powered tools, and reporting platforms for project tracking and predictive analytics.
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries aligned with PMI standards.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance project delivery and decision-making. Implement predictive analytics for risk management, automate reporting dashboards, and utilize AI-based resource optimization to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and security requirements.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, Engineering, or related field).
• Experience: Proven track record in managing technology projects (cloud migration, infrastructure, modernization).
• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of PMI standards and hybrid approaches combining Waterfall and Agile/Scrum.
• Technical Awareness: Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), infrastructure components, and automation concepts.
• Tools: Proficiency in Office 365, AI-based reporting tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Languages: Native Portuguese, fluent English (mandatory), Spanish (optional).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PgMP.
• Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP).
