Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, focusing on specific projects or areas.
  • Manage and coordinate HR operations, ensuring effective service delivery and process improvement.
  • Participate in HR policy development and help ensure adherence to policies.
  • Support talent acquisition, training, and development programs.
  • Handle and resolve basic employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on special projects and strategic planning.
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role

  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution

  • Proficiency in HR metrics, analytics, and performance management

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities

  • Commitment to continuous learning and industry knowledge

  • Danish and English language skills

Other Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree in a relevant field is an advantage

  • Relevant certifications, such as HRBP or SHRM-CP, a plus

  • Nice to have: other Nordic language skills
