Job Description:

AI Technologist (Data & AI)

Location – Erskine, Newcastle, Farnborough or London (London primarily)

Candidates are required to be eligible for clearance

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage data architecture projects and teams, ensuring project objectives and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with data architects and analysts to implement data solutions, utilizing best practices.
• Participate in defining data requirements and contributing to the development of data strategies.
• Implement data governance and quality standards to maintain data accuracy.
• Support the development of data roadmaps, ensuring adherence to data standards.
• Assist in mentoring and guiding junior staff in data architecture best practices.
• Contribute to data security initiatives and data compliance efforts.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and issues to senior management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in industry, with a background in similar roles.
• Proven experience in data architecture and management.
• Proficiencies in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and database technologies.
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CDMP, or similar are a plus.
