We’re hiring a Dynatrace Implementation Engineer to contribute in the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Dynatrace solutions across complex environments.

🔧 What you’ll do:

• Define monitoring strategy and roadmap aligned with customer policies.
• Design and implement Dynatrace architectures based on infrastructure and security requirements.
• Deploy and configure Dynatrace across development, testing, and production environments.
• Integrate Dynatrace with existing systems and customize settings per application needs.
• Set up dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor performance.
• Analyze data to detect bottlenecks and trends.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with dev/ops teams.
• Optimize configurations and apply best practices.
• Stay up to date with Dynatrace features and incorporate them into the strategy.
• Document configurations and processes.
• Deliver training sessions and demos for internal teams and clients.

🎓 What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience deploying and managing Dynatrace.
• Strong background in application performance monitoring.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell), TypeScript, and React.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and development processes.
• Experience working with remote technical teams.
• Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Dynatrace certifications (Associate or Professional) are a plus.
