ABOUT THIS ROLE

WHAT YOU’ WILL DO: in this role your key responsibilities will be:

• Monitorear dashboards y herramientas de observabilidad para detectar alertas, eventos y comportamientos anómalos en aplicaciones e infraestructura.
• Analizar métricas básicas, logs y trazas distribuidas siguiendo procedimientos definidos por el equipo.
• Escalar incidentes técnicos de acuerdo con playbooks y lineamientos establecidos.
• Apoyar el onboarding de nuevas aplicaciones y servicios en plataformas de monitoreo.
• Validar la correcta instalación y funcionamiento de agentes de observabilidad bajo supervisión.
• Revisar logs de aplicaciones y errores básicos provenientes del código para apoyar el diagnóstico inicial.
• Ejecutar pruebas simples sobre APIs y endpoints utilizando herramientas como curl o Postman.
• Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y DevOps para verificar health checks, disponibilidad y métricas básicas.
• Ejecutar scripts, pipelines o automatizaciones previamente definidas por el equipo técnico.
• Apoyar la actualización de configuraciones básicas en archivos YAML o repositorios Git.
• Revisar estado general de servicios en entornos Linux, contenedores o cloud bajo guía del equipo.
• Documentar tareas realizadas, incidentes recurrentes y aprendizajes técnicos.
• Participar activamente en sesiones de aprendizaje y mejora continua dentro del equipo de observabilidad.

WHO YOU ARE

Qualifications:

Desarrollo (Core Junior)

• Conocimientos básicos en al menos un lenguaje:Python
• Java
• JavaScript / Node.js
• C#
• Conceptos de:Programación orientada a objetos.
• Manejo de errores y logs en código.
• Consumo de APIs REST.
• Git (branching básico, commits, pull requests).

Observabilidad & Monitoreo

• Conceptos fundamentales:Métricas
• Logs
• Trazas distribuidas
• APM
• Uso inicial de herramientas como:Dynatrace
• Grafana
• Prometheus
• Zabbix o similares.
• Lectura de dashboards y análisis de latencias.

Instrumentación

• Uso básico de:Open Telemetry (conceptual).
• Logging estructurado (JSON logs).
• Health checks en aplicaciones.
• Entender cómo agregar métricas desde código.

Cloud & Contenedores

• Conceptos básicos:Docker.
• Kubernetes (pods, services).
• Comprensión general de:Azure / AWS / GCP.
• Variables de entorno y configuración runtime.

Sistemas & Networking

• Linux básico:revisión de logs
• servicios
• HTTP/HTTPS.
• TLS conceptual.

Automatización & DevOps

• YAML básico.
• Pipelines CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• curl/Postman para pruebas.

Conocimientos Deseables

Desarrollo aplicado a observabilidad

• Frameworks backend:Spring Boot
• .NET Core
• FastAPI
• Manejo básico de excepciones y tracing.

Observabilidad práctica

• Crear dashboards simples.
• Configurar alertas básicas.
• Interpretar métricas de rendimiento.

Datos

• SQL básico para análisis de logs o métricas.
