Why DXC Technology Europe SAP Business Group?

  • The "0.0% Politics" Guarantee The Promise: We have a zero-tolerance policy for political manoeuvring. In this team, energy is spent on clients and innovation, not on internal turf wars or managing upward optics.

  • Psychological Safety = Innovation The Promise:** We encourage "intelligent failure." If you aren't trying new things (new sales motions, new GenAI use cases), you aren't trying hard enough. We protect our innovators. It is a culture of psychological safety where we fight for each other, not against each other.**

  • We Cover One Another The Promise:** We operate like a special ops’ unit, not a committee. When you are in the trenches fighting a fire, your peers don't point fingers—they jump in to cover your flank. If you win, we all win. If you stumble, we pick you up.**

  • Our Team DNA: The "Unwritten" Rules

  • We talk to each other, not about each other. (Directness)

  • We share the credit; we own the mistakes. (Accountability)

  • We leave the ego at the door. (Humility)

  • We fight for our people. (Loyalty)

At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success. Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company. These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process. DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process, nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf. More information on employment scams is available here**.**
