About the role

The T24 Functional Analyst acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective implementation, enhancement, and support of the Temenos T24 core banking platform. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing solutions aligned with T24 capabilities, supporting system configuration, coordinating testing, and ensuring successful delivery of functional changes.

Daily Challenges

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various banking departments and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.

• Perform detailed gap analysis between business needs and standard T24 functionality.

• Prepare functional specifications, solution designs, and process documentation.

• Work with developers on customization design and validation. Assist in environment setup and release coordination.

• Develop test cases and scenarios for functional and integration testing.

• Facilitate effective communication between business teams, developers, operations, and vendors. Manage expectations and ensure clarity on timelines, requirements, and deliverables

• Provide training or knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams.

e Xperience and Skills Required

• T24 Functional expertise – experience in configuring and validating changes across T24 modules.

• Testing experience – system testing, SIT, UAT support, regression testing, and defect validation.

• Experience with production support & functional support for T24 incidents and inquiries.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multi-country teams.

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
