About the role

Our Application Services Department in Bulgaria specializes in cutting-edge technologies for industries like Public Sector, Banking, Automotive, Transport, Energy, and more. Our 300+ professionals develop mission-critical solutions for leading global clients. We are currently expanding our team with T24 Developers.

Daily Challenges

• Develop and customize T24 components including routines, versions, enquiries, and batch processes.

• Configure and parameterize core banking modules and build new financial products end‑to‑end.

• Design, build, and support integrations using OFS, IRIS, APIs, MQ, and related frameworks.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments, including COB/EOD performance.

• Support SIT/UAT, fix defects rapidly, and ensure regression stability during upgrades.

• Perform detailed log analysis, root‑cause investigations, and apply permanent fixes.

• Maintain clear technical documentation and ensure compliance with governance and audit standards.

e Xperience and Skills Required

• Strong hands‑on expertise with T24 (TAFC, jBASE) and core customization components.

• Deep understanding of T24 architecture, tables, AA product factory, OFS, IRIS, and COB/EOD.

• Proficiency in scripting and development: jBASE, Unix shell, Java services, XML/JSON.

• Experience building versions, enquiries, routines, interfaces, and T24 services.

• Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and independent troubleshooting capabilities.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills under high‑pressure situations.
