We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Analyst to support our security operations, incident response, and threat detection efforts. The successful candidate will analyze security alerts, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for technology enhancements. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Daily challenges

• Support security operations, including monitoring and incident response.
• Participate in incident investigations and threat detection efforts and in security awareness and training initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting security technologies.
• Collaborate with the team to improve security procedures and practices.
• Analyze security alerts and events to identify potential security issues.
• Contribute to the documentation of security policies and procedures.
• Provide recommendations for security technology enhancements.

e Xperience and skills required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ELK Stack).
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark).
• Familiarity with threat detection frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain).
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell) for automation and analysis.
