Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Support the company's business advisory and development strategy by actively contributing to its execution.
• Manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, seeking opportunities to expand services and meet client needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with senior leaders to drive market expansion.
• Share market insights to identify innovative ideas that can expand business opportunities.
• Assist the sales and marketing teams in achieving their targets by providing valuable input.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to revenue growth through effective sales and business development efforts, supporting the team in achieving targets.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in driving business development and advisory initiatives
• Proficiencies in sales strategies, market analysis, and technology trends
• A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology advancements

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Business Development) are a plus
