Job Description:

DXC Technology is looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant.

Your primary focus will be on the proactive and responsible execution of complex project tasks, coordinating segments of the project team, and assisting the Manager in client management. You will have autonomy within the team, taking responsibility for the quality of both your work and that of your team. Your role will involve positively influencing clients and stakeholders through clear, empathetic, and impactful communication.

Responsibility:

• Proactively interpret client needs, identifying the most suitable methodologies and approaches to meet their requirements.

• Ensure the production of robust solutions for clients, consistently backed by data analysis.

• Identify potential project issues and promptly communicate them to the team.

• Coordinate junior team members, providing mentoring and coaching to support their professional growth.

• Understand the challenges companies face in key areas of Digital Transformation.

• Collaborate productively within cross-functional and international teams.

Requirements:

• Hold a Master's degree, preferably in Management Engineering or Economics.

• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in leading consultancy firms, playing primary roles in complex projects for large Italian or international clients.

• Possess at least a basic knowledge of Salesforce.com modules that manage Sales and Service processes (e.g., Sales, Service, and/or Marketing Cloud, Community).

• Be capable of supporting management in influencing and guiding clients to define a Digital Transformation strategy aimed at maximizing optimization and innovation opportunities for their business model.

• Maintain a high professional standard and be able to sustain relationships with client middle management.

• Strive to become a future leader by taking on defined responsibilities and tasks, while being monitored and evaluated

Preferred qualifications include:

• At least 2 Consultant certifications

• Experience in transformation projects involving the use and introduction of AI, including the definition of related use cases

• Experience in defining and analyzing KPIs related to transformation

• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency

Furthermore, having at least one of the following is considered advantageous:

• Availability for international travel

• Experience in Chat Bots management

• Knowledge of CTI management dynamics

Completing the profile: strong business acumen, excellent analytical and communication skills, precision, organizational autonomy, and a business-oriented and results-driven approach
