About the role
Our Data & AI team in Sofia and Varna is looking for you!
As a Senior AI Engineer**, you will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions in the cloud for global enterprise clients. You will work closely with a highly skilled Bulgarian Data & AI team that delivers real-world impact using LLMs, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation. This is a fast-growing team working on some of the most advanced AI use cases across industries.**
The role is strongly hands-on and implementation-focused, bridging advanced AI models with scalable cloud architectures. You’ll contribute to end-to-end AI systems—from experimentation to secure, reliable production deployments.

Daily challenges

• Designing and implementing cloud-native AI and GenAI solutions using service such as Azure OpenAI Service and AWS Sage Maker / Bedrock;

• Fine-tuning and integrating LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT-based models) into enter-prise applications;

• Developing RAG pipelines, vector search, and knowledge-based AI systems using structured and unstructured data;

• Implementing Agentic AI workflows with tool usage, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning;

• Deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI models for performance, cost, and relia-bility in production;

• Integrating AI services with existing applications, APIs, and data platforms;

• Collaborating with architects, data engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

e Xperience and skills required

• Proficiency in Python and experience integrating AI services via APIs;

• Experience with cloud based AI services such as the different Azure and AWS AI services;

• Practical experience working with LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and model evaluation;

• Experience building RAG systems, vector databases, and semantic search solu-tions;

• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, Auto-Gen or similar);

• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (CI/CD, security, moni-toring);

• Understanding of ML fundamentals, NLP concepts, and AI system design;
