About the Role

We’re building an entirely new DevOps team to support one of our major global customers – a mature, tech‑forward enterprise operating with cutting‑edge data center and security technologies.

We are looking for Mid‑Level and Senior Proxy / Network Security Engineers who want to grow, innovate, and be part of a brand‑new team from day one.

Daily challenges

  • Leading advanced troubleshooting activities in collaboration with vendors and third‑party support teams

  • Planing and implementing standard or emergency changes within your technology scope

  • Proactively identifying and addressing service quality issues

  • Participating in project delivery and the full Problem Management lifecycle

  • Staing current with customer environments, business needs, support processes, and emerging technologies

  • Taking part in on‑call duties as part of a rotating schedule

e Xperience and skills required

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 3+ years (Mid) / 5+ years (Senior) of experience in IT, ideally in Network Security support

  • Strong technical knowledge of Proxy technologies, Firewall solutions (Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortinet)

  • Hands‑on experience with:

  • Proxy technologies – Mc Afee Skyhigh (or equivalent vendor products)

  • IPS/IDS solutions

  • Load Balancers and ASM modules (F5 or similar)

  • Solid understanding of security threats and mitigation practices

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience working in DevOps-oriented environments

  • Strong autonomy, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving ability

  • Fluent English skills

Nice to Have

  • Technical or practical experience with Cisco ISE

  • Scripting/automation: Terraform, Python, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools

  • Hands‑on experience with Infoblox DNS/DHCP

  • Background in large-scale enterprise environments
