Education and Experience Required:

• 5–7 years of comprehensive, hands-on experience in the **Service Now ecosystem,**specializing in the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Sec Ops, and IRM modules to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
