Job Description:
- Excellent hands-on Core Java/Advanced Java/J2EE development experience
- Hands-on experience in Software Development process (Requirements Gathering and Use Case Definition, Design, and Implementation of the software solution)
- Experienced & understands architectural principles and frameworks (MVC, Spring, Hibernate, Webservices, REST APIs are mandatory).
- Has thorough knowledge of the J2EE Application Platform Configuration & Performance Optimization.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure alignment of requirements and solutions and to facilitate design sign-off and approvals
- Experienced on working on AWS Cloud including Dockerized Containers
- Experienced in Webservices/REST services; Angular
JS based applications & REST APIs:
- Experienced in handling performance issues related to multithreading/multiprocessing
- Experienced on troubleshooting performance issues using various monitoring & analysis tools like VisuvalVM, JProfiler, Glowroot, etc. Good if the candidate has hands-on Dynatrace experience.
- Provides subject matter expertise in performance monitoring, tuning, analysis and diagnostics.
- Evaluates and researches emerging performance tuning methodologies, monitoring tools, processes, and technologies.
- Develop and promote processes, best practices, and standards in Performance Engineering
- Good Experience in Oracle/SQL Server database and SQL
- Proven industry experience of building large scale systems and with hands-on engineering skills
- Ability to manage diverse teams of at least 15-20 members and coordinate with developers / testers / architects / BAs and other stakeholders effectively
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum and running all Scrum events (Daily Standups; Sprint Planning; Sprint Retrospective; etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate with testers / architects and other stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with peers in planning and coordination of work activities
