Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead SAP IBP project implementations remotely from the offshore delivery center (virtual team with resources from other delivery centers) across the full project lifecycle on Large transformation Projects.
  • Desing and Implement transformation scenarios including: S/4HANA transformation with planning modernization; APO to IBP transition (where relevant); Multi-country IBP template rollout and adoption
  • Contributing to quality reviews, process adherence, and best‑practice enablement for projects involving SAP IBP modules (demand planning, inventory optimization, response & supply, RTI integration)
  • Design, configure, and deliver key IBP modules – IBP for demand, Supply and Inventory, Sales and Operation Planning and Response and Supply.
  • Collaborating with onshore teams to deliver project tasks, configurations, documentation, and test cycles.
  • Ensuring smooth communication and alignment with onshore teams and customer stakeholders.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain planning processes.
  • 10+ years of hands‑on SAP implementation experience, with strong exposure in project work, including at least 2 end-to-end SAP IBP project cycles.
  • Hands‑on expertise in SAP IBP (at least 2 IBP modules recommended: Demand, S&OP, Inventory, Supply & Response, Control Tower, or DDMRP)
  • Previous working experience with connected flows and systems like S/4HANA modules (PP, MM, SD, PPDS, aATP) is an advantage
  • Integration & Data Design – Lead end-to-end integration design for IBP with: SAP S/4HANA (ERP), ECC, or other ERPs
  • SAP CPI-DS / SDI / Integration layers (functional coordination)
  • Master and transactional data flows: products, locations, BOM/routings (where used), customers, sales history, stocks, receipts, demands
  • Define and validate data quality rules, harmonization approach, and reconciliation controls.
  • Partner with Data/MDG teams on governance for product-location, UoM, calendars, hierarchies.
  • Strong Experience in Building user-centric planning experiences using:IBP planning views, charts, alerts, favorites
  • Executive review dashboards and KPI packs
  • Implement exception-based planning and operational KPI monitoring:Forecast accuracy/bias, service level, inventory turns, plan adherence, OTIF drivers
  • Expert with SAP project methodologies and delivery best practices.
  • APICS or SAP certifications are a must.
