Job Description:

• Perform system analysis and requirement clarification for Java-based applications.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Participate in system design, development, and enhancement activities.

• Hands-on coding and troubleshooting using Java, with experience in Struts framework and JSP pages.

• Support application maintenance, issue analysis, and root cause investigation.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business users to ensure system quality and timely delivery.

• Assist in production support and system stability improvement.

• Experience with transaction message processing, batch jobs, or integration with external systems is a plus.

• Experience with message-based systems or transaction messages (e.g. financial or integration messages).

• Experience in financial, banking, or enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with legacy systems or system modernization projects.
