At DXC Spain we are looking for a Senior SAP Finance Consultant with expertise in financial processes and S/4 HANA implementation and conversion projects.

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of experience in implementation projects, rollouts, etc. Requirements, design, parameterisation in the SAP Finance module (FI, CO, GL, AM, TR, others).
• Experience in end-to-end S/4 HANA conversion projects.
• High level of knowledge of finance and controlling processes.
• Ability to advise and accustomed to liaising with Cx Os.
• Competence throughout the entire SAP project lifecycle.
• Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
• Communication skills and ability to learn and keep up to date with new SAP solutions.
• Spoken English.
• Willingness to travel, if necessary.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of ABAP development (debugging)
• Experience in projects following Agile working methods.
• SAP certifications

Main Tasks:

• Designs and documents end-to-end functional/technical solutions that meet business requirements in line with objectives, best practices and quality assurance.
• Provides functional and/or technical support to projects and overall solution design.
• Establishes and maintains a strong relationship with the customer to achieve technical excellence.
• Leads by example, motivates and provides clear and defined support within the context of the project.
• Assists in coordinating development activities, planning and sprint reviews, support for resolving conflicts and problems,
• Escalates issues and provides feedback in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to help resolve blockages and problems, as well as to guide and increase the team's skills and experience.
• Ultimately responsible for the functional solution, ensuring that the design is appropriate for the project objectives, applying best practices.

In addition to the responsibilities of the position, the following may be required:

Participation in Pre-sales and Solutions:

• Development, documentation, and configuration of value propositions based on solutions in the SAP Finance module and S/4 HANA conversions in particular.
• Promote the exchange of knowledge and skills within project and practice teams. Promote the growth of team capacity.
• Motivated to learn and grow both personally and within the context of the practice.
• Provide solution design for reuse in multiple projects.
• Provides effort estimates and profiles and identifies areas of efficiency and cost optimisation within the context of the project and solution.
• Pre-sales activities for the SAP Finance module, customer presentations, demos, Proofs of Concept (PoC).
