Job Title: Senior Service Now Developer

Location: Hybrid from Poland

Employment Type: Full-time

Essential Job Functions:

• configuration and development of Service Now for DXC customers

• Cooperation with Architects and Solution Consultants to prepare technical design

• administration of Service Now instances

• preparation of project documentation

• participation in training and achieving new certifications

• sharing experience with other team members

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in Service Now implementations (at least 5 years)

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English

• Deep experience with at least one Service Now product: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, CSM, HR

• Knowledge of Java Script, HTML, CSS

• Experience in integrations (SOAP, REST)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure

• Strong communication skills

• Fast learning skills

Other Qualifications:

• Working experience in Agile project environments

• Service Now certifications

• Knowledge of AngularJS, Ajax

• Good knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL certifications
