Job Description:

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth in DXC South Korea.
This role presents a unique opportunity to establish DXC’s footprint in South Korea, collaborate with regional leadership, and drive the company’s long-term growth in the Korean market.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with DXC’s growth plans in South Korea, driving high-value deals and ensuring long-term client retention.

Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing complex deals, while managing a strong sales pipeline for steady revenue growth.

Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging existing industry connections and partnerships to expand DXC’s market presence.

Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscape, ensuring DXC’s services are positioned effectively in South Korea.

Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery teams, and regional leadership to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Maximize South Korea’s onshore delivery capabilities to strengthen DXC’s value proposition.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
-
15+ years of experience in IT sales, including senior sales leadership roles in multinational companies.
-
Proven track record in driving IT services and technology solution sales.
-
Expertise in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
-
Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of South Korea’s IT and commercial sectors.

Experience navigating South Korean business culture, corporate structures, and decision-making processes.
-
Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) are a plus.
