🚀 Key Responsibilities

🛠️ Technical Leadership & Development

• Design and implement ML models: supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

• Build GenAI solutions using RAG, Vector Databases, Lang Chain, Hugging Face, and Agentic AI frameworks.

• Leverage frameworks like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, and scikit-learn for model development.

• Apply advanced NLP techniques: text classification, RNNs, CNNs, and Transformer-based models (e.g., BERT).

• Deliver robust end-to-end solutions: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model deployment, and monitoring.

💻 Technical Proficiency

• Strong programming skills in Python.

• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (Sagemaker, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and related services).

🤝 Team Mentorship & Coaching

• Lead and mentor data scientists and ML engineers.

• Set technical direction aligned with business strategy.

• Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning.

📊 Strategic Advisory & Collaboration

• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed AI/ML into business products and processes.

• Offer strategic insights to stakeholders at all levels.

• Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML/Generative AI.

• 12+ years of total work experience, with proven project and team leadership.

• Expertise in GenAI technologies: RAG, Vector DBs, Lang Chain, Hugging Face, and Agentic AI.

• Proficiency in core ML techniques and NLP with Transformer-based architectures.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and AWS services.

• Experience defining technical strategy for AI/ML projects.

• Background in the insurance domain.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.

• Proven success in managing AI/ML initiatives end-to-end.
