Job Description:

Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering(Computing, Industrial, Mechatronics or related field) with6+ years of business and technical experience. Background in Consumer Goods or Personal Product industries preferred; exposure to diverse sectors is a plus.

Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including SAP, Oracle, and platforms such as PrIME and other3PL solutions(Lead Commerce, Net Suite, Da Vinci, Without Wire, Blue Yonder Luminate/PrIME, MDS SCM-WM, Körber WMS).SAP MM/EWM expertise is highly desirable. --=--

Proven experience in WMS implementation, including process analysis, configuration, development specifications, testing, documentation, training delivery, and end-user support.

Serves as a SAP technical expert supporting Warehouse and Material Management solutions, applying best practices and ensuring alignment with business requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence large cross-functional teams and interact effectively with senior stakeholders and clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis, with the ability to understand key business drivers across purchasing, supply chain, production, and inventory. Capable of building consensus, making decisions, and assuming accountability.

Highly organized and adaptable, with experience in fast-paced, multicultural corporate environments across time zones. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership mindset,collaborative approach, and commitment to continuous learning and emerging technologies.

Work Mode:

• Hybrid: Willingness to work on-site at our Heredia office is required. There is a possibility to attend face to face meeting at Customers office.
