Job Description:

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced and driven UK & Ireland Marketing Campaign Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that support our business objectives and strengthen our brand presence in the market. About the Role

As a Marketing Manager at DXC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for UKI that deliver measurable business value. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly across multiple channels. This role will require you to work on a hybrid basis from our London office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with DXC’s business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance market reach.
  • Support cross-functional teams in coordinating and executing marketing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications.
  • Strong project management and team collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Social Media Strategist) or equivalent experience.
