About the team:

Lowe’s Media Network leverages Lowe’s best-in-class marketing and creative services to help clients identify, craft and execute insights-driven omni-channel campaigns. LMN Trafficking team leverage digital marketing channels to drive in-store and online traffic, deliver total campaign metrics and optimize ROI for maximum profitability by creating programs from concept to design, or optimizing current programs.

Job Summary:

The Analyst – LMN Trafficking must leverage the digital channels and traffic offsite and onsite media channels campaigns based on the media plan and optimize with a Media Network lens. Analyze budget and execute all media plan efforts including campaign setup, optimization, testing, and analysis. The Analyst primary role is to manage, optimize, and ensuring the smooth delivery of advertising campaigns across platforms within the channel. To accomplish this the Analyst of LMN trafficking must have knowledge and experience in the ever-changing digital media ecosystem and a deep understanding of retail/merchant organizations to ensure our campaigns are directed at priority categories. Additionally understanding of the American retail industry and cultural nuances is good to have. The suitable candidate should be a good team player, self-motivated and bring in fresh concepts that can elevate the brand image.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ad traffickers are responsible to setup campaigns, upload creative assets, configure targeting parameters, and ensuring the campaigns align with the client specifications
  • Ensure that the ad spend is allocated effectively across campaigns
  • Configure A/B test campaigns
  • Monitor and verify ad creatives are delivered in the correct formats and sizes, optimizing them for different placements
  • Setup and monitor campaign performance around the key performance indicators such as, CTR, Conversion, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS
  • Continuously monitor ad performance, optimize the campaign by making necessary adjustments to improve CTR, Conversion and ROAS
  • Generate performance reports using analytical tools and have data driven approach to communicate insights with stakeholders to ensure the campaigns meet their objective

Years of Experience:

  • 2+ years in a similar role preferably in advertising agency or retail industry

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate or post graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing, Digital, E-Commerce

Primary Skills (must have):

  • Ad Ops trafficking knowledge is a must
  • Exposure to GAM, DV360, Yahoo DSP, Social platforms
  • Ability to interpret insights from Data analytics tools
  • Good communication skills – written and spoken

Secondary Skills (desired):

  • Retail Media Network
