  • Document and presentation creation: Produce high-quality reports, pitch decks, and presentations for senior leadership and the Venue Development team.
  • Strategic project support: Stay across key priorities and deadlines, jump in on special projects, and identify opportunities to refine systems and processes.

What you'll bring:

  • Executive support experience: Proven track record supporting senior leaders, managing their schedules, and keeping their day-to-day operations running smoothly.
  • Proactive initiative: You anticipate needs before they're voiced and take action without being asked, you're always two steps ahead.
  • Exceptional organisation: Outstanding time management and planning skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines independently.
  • Clear communication: Advanced verbal and written communication skills that ensure professionalism, clarity, and impact across all interactions.
  • Discretion and judgement: Trusted with sensitive information, you exercise sound judgement, confidentiality, and business acumen in every situation.
  • Tech proficiency and adaptability: Confident with Microsoft Office suite, able to create polished presentations, build strong relationships quickly, and thrive under pressure when priorities shift.

The Benefits:

  • A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • A flexible approach to when and where you work, designed to support balance in all aspects of life.
  • Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.
  • A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.
  • Comprehensive benefits, from volunteer days to wellness programs and mental health support.
