Role Description

Academy Music Group (AMG) is the UK’s leading owner and operator of nationwide live music venues, including London’s iconic O2 Academy Brixton and O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, alongside a portfolio of outstanding venues across the UK.

This role sits within the AMG Partnerships team and is responsible for the day-to-day management and operational delivery of brand partnerships across a diverse portfolio spanning multiple industry categories. The role ensures all contractual partner rights are delivered efficiently and effectively, in line with both venue and partner requirements. The focus is on executional excellence, driving commercial value through seamless activation and maintaining strong, long-term partner relationships.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The role is accountable for maintaining high standards across execution, monitoring and reporting, ensuring contractual compliance and consistent quality across the venue estate. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset is critical to managing timelines, troubleshooting challenges and balancing multiple stakeholder requirements.

The individual will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels from established brands and agencies, confidently presenting delivery updates and campaign performance where required. A strong understanding of live entertainment environments and partnership delivery will support effective execution across the AMG estate.

This is a delivery-focused account management role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and is passionate about bringing partnerships to life in a way that enhances the fan experience.

  • Proven experience in account management or partnership management, ideally from a rights holder perspective
  • Experience working in the music, entertainment, venue or sport partnership industry is desirable

  • Confident presenter, comfortable addressing stakeholders at all levels

What the role includes

Account Management

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned brand partners
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner stakeholders and agencies
  • Ensure a clear understanding of contractual rights and campaign objectives
  • Support in maintaining long-term partner satisfaction and retention

Contractual Delivery & Compliance:

  • Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of all contracted rights
  • Track deliverables across venues, ticketing, sales and experiential touchpoints
  • Maintain detailed rights trackers and activation schedules
  • Ensure all activity is compliant with brand guidelines and agreed approvals processes

Activation & Operational Coordination:

  • Lead the planning and execution of in-venue and cross-channel partner activations
  • Develop clear internal briefs for venue, marketing and operational teams
  • Coordinate timelines, asset delivery, production and installation requirements
  • Manage logistics for partner events, competitions and promotional activity
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively, particularly in live event environments

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with venue, marketing, ticketing, digital, operations and finance teams
  • Ensure partner activity is integrated seamlessly into the broader customer journey
  • Communicate updates and requirements clearly across internal stakeholders

Reporting & Evaluation:

  • Compile post-campaign reports and performance summaries
  • Gather insights and feedback from venues and partners
  • Monitor delivery against KPIs and contractual commitments
  • Present delivery updates and results to partners where required

Process & Standards:

  • Maintain high standards of organisation, documentation and communication
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and ways of working
  • Contribute to consistent best practice across the Partnerships team

Commercial Support

  • Support new partner onboarding where required
  • Provide operational input into proposals and partnership renewals
  • Assist with wider partnership initiatives across the AMG estate
