PROGRAM COMMITMENTThe College Associate Program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to deliver real-world learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of career-building momentum.
Program Dates: May 27 – August 7, 2026
To ensure that all associates can fully benefit from the program’s training, mentorship, and project work, we kindly ask applicants to confirm their availability for the full length of the program. We understand that school schedules and personal plans vary, and we encourage applicants to review the dates in advance to ensure they can participate through the conclusion of the program without interruption.
Consistency keeps the College Associate program in sync and ensures everyone gets the full experience, from the first project kick-off to the final showcase. We want you here for all the good stuff!
THE JOB
Promoted Ads is a new advertising channel that empowers event marketers to leverage Ticketmaster's platform. It is the first retail media network for the live entertainment space p. Promoted Ads helps partners maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), boost ticket sales, and build brand awareness for live events.
In this role, you’ll support the business development and analytics teams through account management, sales, research, and marketing. The goal is to drive the adoption and ongoing usage of Promoted Ads as new features and improvements are introduced.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of Promoted Ads and its position within Ticketmaster Marketing Solutions suite.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and create support materials to help event marketers adopt the product.
- Aid business development in education and pitches to current and prospective clients
- Support client and partner demos.
- Leverage data analysis skills to extract performance insights from Promoted Ads data and test/troubleshoot dashboards and analytical tools for business development
- Work closely with internal teams, including B2B marketing, product, and ad operations, to execute client-facing marketing and communications.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college/university or a recent graduate.
- Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- A curious approach towards problem solving from the perspective of event marketers and the challenges they encounter.
- Ability to adapt to different contexts depending on the particular client, vertical, or business challenge being addressed
- Strong ability to manage and problem-solve within groups of stakeholders with varied priorities.
- Proactive and engaging, with a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Excel or other data analysis tools preferred
