Role Description

The CRM Platform Lead – Venues, International will own the Salesforce Core & Marketing Cloud environment for marketing automation programs for Live Nation’s international venues.

This role operates at the intersection of product, data and marketing. You will act as the business owner and hands-on expert, leading deployment of scalable marketing and operational communication journeys, partnering with third-party agencies and engineering teams to deliver consistent, compliant and high-performing automation across markets.

You will be responsible for building reusable frameworks, driving platform governance, and ensuring CRM operates as a measurable growth engine rather than a campaign execution tool. Working in close partnership with the International CRM team, this role will contribute to building a unified CRM Centre of Excellence across International, ensuring shared standards, governance and long-term platform convergence.

You’ll be part of Live Nation’s international data and audience team, driving CRM excellence and audience activation programs. You will work closely with data, marketing, and technology teams to build best-in-class CRM programs, ensuring our audience communications are personalised, optimised, and compliant. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our marketing automation, personalisation, and lifecycle management capabilities for international venues.

Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Expertise and solid experience in CRM / Marketing Automation with ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience working with operational and marketing journeys in high-volume consumer environments
  • Experience deploying CRM platforms across multiple markets or business units
  • Experience managing external agencies and technical delivery partners
  • Experience working in live events, ticketing, venues or similar consumer environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of data models, object architecture and integration patterns within Salesforce environments
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical configuration
  • Strong understanding of CDP, data warehouse integration and audience activation architecture
  • Demonstrated experience linking CRM automation to measurable commercial outcomes such as ticket revenue, repeat attendance, retention or lifetime value

What the role includes

Platform Product Ownership:

  • Act as a product owner for Salesforce core and marketing cloud across international venues
  • Lead deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across multiple business units
  • Define platform roadmap, backlog prioritisation and release governance
  • Ensure scalable architecture and reusability across markets
  • Translate venue marketing and operational use cases into scalable automation frameworks
  • Operate within a federated international structure, balancing central standards with local flexibility

CRM Architecture & Domain Leadership:

  • Define global template and journey standards for pre-show, post-show and lifecycle communications
  • Provide hands-on configuration leadership and support where required, while designing enablement frameworks that scale capability across markets
  • Define and enforce CRM governance, ensuring alignment with ticketing data entitlements, consent frameworks and international privacy requirements
  • Oversee agency delivery and ensure configuration aligns with architectural and governance standards
  • Partner with Data teams to leverage warehouse and CDP capabilities for advanced audience targeting
  • Drive adoption, training and enablement across international markets
  • Define success metrics and ensure CRM performance is measured against commercial impact.
