The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Talent and Employee Experience Intern to support the larger People, Culture and Corporate Services organization during our 2026 Summer cohort. This will be a hybrid role located in Radnor, PA. Relocation assistance may be available.
As the Talent and Employee Experience Intern, you will have an excellent opportunity to learn and gain experience supporting multiple teams and projects across the Talent and Employee Experience teams and functions. You will be provided the ability to grow within the human resources field while building relationships with partners and stakeholders by asking questions and taking initiative. About the Program

The Internship Development Program is an exciting opportunity where careers are launched, and talent is discovered. During this 10-week summer program, you will have the opportunity to:

• Add value to the organization through meaningful work

• Participate in a variety of developmental experiences

• Gain exposure to senior executives and build a valuable network of peers, managers, and leaders across the company

• Acquire knowledge of key businesses through enterprise-wide exposure

• Receive ongoing coaching and mentoring

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

• College rising sophomore or junior (2028 or 2029 grad)

• Must have availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between the dates of June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026

• Exceptional communication skills and effective networking skills

• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice-to-haves:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail

• Solid relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.)

• Sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information

The pay range for this position is $20.00-$22.00 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
