Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager – Consumables with 5+ or more years’ experience in a similar role to drive growth, lead a high-performing team, and shape the future of our well-established organisation.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organisational goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.

  • Ensure you and the sales team adheres to corporate compliance, company policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business performance.

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within the Welding Industry

  • Strong ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple regions

  • Strategic thinker with proven and strong commercial acumen

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

  • Results-driven, with a passion for building long-term customer partnerships
