Job Responsibilities

1. Promote Equipment’s and Solutions to Existing and new Customers
2. Identify and develop new opportunities in the industry.
3. Recommend appropriate welding machines for customer Applications.
4. Provide technical demonstration and trials of equipment.
5. Trouble shoot welding related issues and propose process improvement
6. Should Focus on New customer leads, Quotes and order Closure.
7. Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
8. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
9. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
10. Analyse the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports
11. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends & continuously improve through feedback

Job Requirements

1. Diploma / B Tech Engineer in Elect/Mech
2. Excellent selling, negotiation, prioritizing, time management and communication skills
3. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
4. Proven 5-7 Years work experience in welding field.
5. Equipment Market knowledge is mandatory
