Position Summary
Performs administrative duties for the Squash department related to Squash lessons and tournaments.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Returning phone calls and emails
- Talking to members before/after lesson on court
- Prepping lesson plans and setting up/taking down on court materials before and after lessons
- Attending mandated team, 1:1, and company meetings
- Tracking sessions, payroll, chits
- Working promotional table to promote programs
- Helping at a tournament/event
Additional admin tasks related to specific role
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 or more years’ experience in leading a squash team
- Prior tournament experience in regards to organizing, fundraising and scheduling
- Understands financials in regards to Profit & Loss statements and goal setting
- Ability to communicate in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
- Authorized to work in the US or possesses required credentials to qualify for H-O1 Visa
- Squash Level 1 Certified- or European Equivalent
- Current Member of US Squash
- CPR and AED Certified within 30 days of hire
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s Level Degree
- 3 or more years’ experience in Squash Instruction
