Position Summary

The Medi Spa Laser Specialist provides laser therapies in a high end medi spa while providing superior customer service to clients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtains a patient's medical history and performs skin analysis and evaluation
• Administers cosmetics laser therapies
• Develops a personalized treatment plan for clients with ongoing follow-ups
• Promotes all medi spa products, services and treatments
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
• Uses all required safety devices that comply with all company safety rules

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 or more years of experience with laser treatments
• Must be a licensed aesthetician in the applicable state
• CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

• Bachelors Degree in a related field

• Experience in Medi Spa, Dermatology or Plastic Surgery

Pay

This position will be paid on a commission basis tied to performance goals. The minimum pay for the position will be in excess of one-and-one-half times the applicable minimum wage per hour.
