Lead regular reviews of underwriting rules and eligibility criteria to maintain effectiveness, competitiveness, and regulatory compliance; promote consistent interpretation and application across channels and states.

Evaluate and implement changes to underwriting guidelines, risk acceptance practices, and decisioning frameworks, balancing risk selection with business objectives.

Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify appetite, ensure compliant implementation, and translate strategy into automated rules and front-line tools.

Influence outcomes and mentor underwriting team members by demonstrating expertise on risk selection.

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field. 6 years, typically 8 years or more relevant work experience, typically 8 years.

Master's degree beneficial.
