About the Team

You’ll join a collaborative squad that includes a Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Development Lead, Developers, and Testers. Our squad model encourages teamwork, shared responsibility, and efficient delivery—everyone contributes to achieving a common goal.

About the Role

This position performs moderately difficult research, design, and software development assignments within a specific software functional area or product line. The position should have the ability to work on individual pieces of work and solve problems including the design of the program flow of individual pieces of code, effective coding, and unit testing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to clarify requirements and align on objectives.

• Contribute to and review technical specifications for system components of moderate complexity.

• Translate product and technical requirements into well‑structured software designs.

• Apply development standards, coding best practices, and participate in constructive code reviews.

• Work effectively in various development environments (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) while partnering closely with stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.

• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Diagnose and resolve defects or bugs. Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical work.

• Hands‑on experience with React development, UI/UX fundamentals, HTML, Windows or UNIX environments, and cloud technologies.

• Experience with data storage systems and test‑driven development. Experience working with data manipulation languages.

• Understanding of data modeling concepts and the ability to work with complex data structures.

• Familiarity with industry best practices, including code quality and test coverage.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical team members. Ability to contribute to and review technical specifications for system components of moderate complexity.

• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Ability to investigate and resolve moderately complex issues or defects. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
