About the Role The Coplogic Sales Manager – West will lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team across the Western United States. This role is responsible for driving regional revenue performance, ensuring pipeline health, executing territory strategies, and developing the sales team, while collaborating closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing. The Sales Manager will focus on new business growth and customer expansion within law enforcement agencies, reinforcing Coplogic’s go-to-market strategy and a strong customer-first sales culture.
Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of five direct-report sales professionals.

Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and performance coaching.

Set clear expectations around activity levels, opportunity management, and customer engagement.

Support onboarding and ramp-up of new hires to accelerate time-to-productivity.

Drive regional revenue targets by generating pipeline, advancing deals, and forecasting accurately.

Execute Coplogic’s sales strategy across assigned territories with consistent messaging and value-based selling.

Maintain disciplined CRM usage and adherence to the sales process.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with law enforcement leadership and decision-makers.

Partner with Customer Success to drive retention, expansion, and long-term account health.

Identify risks and opportunities within the territory and adjust focus as needed.

Provide customer insights to Product and leadership teams to inform strategy and improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on launches, campaigns, regional planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of sales experience, including management of remote or distributed teams.

Proven success in meeting regional revenue targets and accurate forecasting.

Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent.

Ability to travel within the U.S. as needed.

Preferred: Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions.

Preferred: Familiarity with law enforcement, public safety, or government markets.

Preferred: Experience managing multi-state or geographically complex territories.
-
Preferred: Track record of building high-performing, engagement-driven sales cultures.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $81,400 - $151,100. Total Target Cash Range: $125,300 - $232,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
If performed in Colorado, the base pay range is $81,400 - $151,100, the total target cash range is **$125,300 - $232,700.**If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $85,500 - $158,600, the total target cash range is **$131,500 - $244,300.**If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $89,600 - $166,200, the total target cash range is **$137,800 - $255,900.**If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $77,300 - $143,500, the total target cash range is **$119,000 - $221,000.**Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
