About the Team

You’ll join a collaborative squad that includes a Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Development Lead, Developers, and Testers. Our squad model encourages teamwork, shared responsibility, and efficient delivery—everyone contributes to achieving a common goal.

About the Role

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and improvement of software products. You’ll work across multiple systems, collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, and turn user needs into practical technical solutions. You’ll also support and mentor team members and help shape engineering best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical teams to clarify and finalize requirements

• Design and develop complex backend components and services

• Review code, contribute to design documents, and ensure high technical quality

• Resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement

• Work across different development environments (e.g., Agile)

• Research new technologies and bring ideas to improve the product

• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing. Contribute to data modeling and architecture discussions

• Perform debugging and implement fixes for complex issues Participate in collaborative problem-solving and cross-team communication

• Take on other related tasks as needed to support the team and product

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevance experience

• Familiarity with Agile or other software development methodologies

• Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)

• Understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and various storage solutions

• Experience with test-driven development, debugging, and designing system components

• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with teammates and stakeholders from different disciplines
