This Team performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line, and provides direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the development of cross-functional software products.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and collaborative Performance Test Engineer III to help us ensure our software solutions are scalable, resilient, and high-performing. You’ll work in a supportive, agile environment alongside a diverse team of engineers who value clean code, usability, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex performance challenges and wants to contribute to building reliable systems that serve users at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product teams to understand and gather non-functional requirements.

  • Design, implement, and maintain performance and scalability testing frameworks.

  • Automate performance tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Monitor test execution and analyze results to identify bottlenecks.

  • Support development teams in diagnosing and resolving performance issues.

  • Establish benchmarks and performance baselines for ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4+  years of experience in performance testing, preferably with Load Runner.

  • Experience with shell scripting

  • Proficiency in Python for test automation.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

  • Understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus.
