As trusted advisors, we focus on enabling strategic initiatives, improving performance, and elevating analytics maturity across the enterprise.

About the Role

The Strategic Analytics Consultant – independently leads complex analytics initiatives from concept to delivery. This role serves as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders, transforming sophisticated analytical work into clear, actionable business recommendations. As a thought leader in the domain, you will influence decision‑making, shape analytics best practices, and support capability building across the organization through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analytics projects, including scoping, methodology definition, data analysis, and executive‑level storytelling.

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor by translating data insights into practical business recommendations.

• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and clients independently, ensuring alignment, communication, and impact.

• Design, refine, and champion analytics best practices across teams and functions.

• Drive organizational development by mentoring colleagues and training stakeholders on analytics approaches, tools, and best practices.

• Provide thought leadership within the analytics domain and contribute advanced insights to adjacent areas of expertise.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in analytics, consulting, or a similar field with a demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex initiatives.

• Proven stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders and clients.

• Exceptional executive‑level communication and storytelling capabilities.

• Proven strategic problem‑solving ability and thought leadership within an analytics domain.

• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and translate analytical findings into meaningful business outcomes.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
