This position will be focused on learning parts of the homebuilding process. Will be working as part of a team and learning from professionals in the industry.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
-
Work with experienced associates to learn aspects of homebuilding.

Learn what it takes to plan and design a residential community.

Learn to work as part of a team.

Gain exposure to a large corporate culture.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
Must be currently attending a college or university preferably in a construction management program

Basic skills in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to problem solve

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Committed to self-development

Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures

Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily schedule is required
