Jobs
We are looking for a talented and curious Senior Insurance Product Analyst to join us in creating the most loved car insurance product on the planet.
As a core member of the Insurance Product team, you'll collaborate with our Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwriting experts to ensure we profitably grow Lemonade Car. This role is critical for driving forward our product roadmap and crafting a customer-centric experience that makes insurance fast, simple, and delightful, while monitoring and measuring the progress of key initiatives.
We believe three things matter for every role at Lemonade: drive to push through challenges, efficiency that keeps standards high while moving fast, and adaptability that lets you pivot with data and AI insights. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work.
Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.
In this role you’ll
-
Lead analytical initiatives supporting insurance for new and existing car products
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwriting—to develop policy coverage, pricing, competitive studies, and eligibility criteria

-
Monitor and evaluate the impact of product changes and state launches, demonstrating success by identifying and addressing opportunities for profitable growth
-
Support QA testing for new features and enhancements to current products, ensuring high-quality, seamless rollouts
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
-
3+ years of P&C experience, preferably personal lines
-
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for reporting, dashboard creation, and data manipulation
-
B.S. in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Insurance, or a related field
-
Experience analyzing and interpreting large data sets
-
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret findings, and make actionable recommendations
-
Strong project and product management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives forward independently
-
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; collaborative and team-oriented approach
-
Ability to work in a remote environment
-
Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
