We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Partnerships Manager to support and scale Lemonade's Partner Program.

This role focuses on day-to-day execution, operations, and optimization of affiliate partnerships, while working closely with the Strategic Partnerships Manager and cross-functional teams. IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL:

  • Support onboarding of new affiliates, including account setup, documentation, tracking, and link creation

  • Manage day-to-day affiliate operations, acting as a point of contact for operational and technical questions

  • Monitor affiliate performance, troubleshoot tracking issues, and flag optimization opportunities

  • Review affiliate content and creatives to ensure brand, legal, and compliance alignment

  • Assist with campaign launches, promotions, and partner communications

  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights to support optimization and decision-making

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, legal, product, finance, operations) to resolve issues and support partner needs

  • Support scaling efforts across markets by ensuring operational readiness and consistency

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, or related role

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Comfort working with data, performance metrics, and reporting dashboards

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking links, UTMs, or performance marketing tools is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Curious, proactive mindset with strong willingness to learn and grow

  • Ready to work in an office environment most days a week

  • Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
